Hannah Perkins
As an integrative somatic practitioner, Hannah’s unique skills are in creating a safe space to help you release stuck energy and the stress of past experiences from your body’s tissue. Whether using her hands (combining Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release) or by teaching you how to self-unwind using balls, movement, stretching, breathing, deep relaxation, visualisation, sound therapies and/or meditation, her intention is to offer you a safe space to cultivate peace, calm and serenity.
She is a Senior Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Myofascial Release Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, Somatic Therapist and Mindfulness Facilitator.
Hannah has been teaching since 2014 and practicing consistently since 2012 when, faced with a cancer diagnosis at age 29, she was guided onto a path of transformation and healing.
Hannah is practicing in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, NSW
“I won’t presume to know what you need in order to practice, grow or heal. Instead, with safe and supportive guidance, I can enable you to seek your own answers from within”.
