Restore the Body’s Foundation. Release the Hips. Realign the Pelvis
The pelvis is the foundation of the body—central to balance, stability, and movement. When it’s out of alignment or restricted, the effects can be felt throughout the entire system. This hands-on course equips you with advanced myofascial release techniques and assessment strategies to address pelvic misalignments and hip impingement syndromes—common but often overlooked causes of chronic pain and dysfunction. Learn to restore balance, improve mobility, and create long-lasting results for your clients.
Key Conditions Covered in This Course
Lateral Pelvic Tilt
Lateral pelvic tilt occurs when one side of the pelvis sits higher than the other, placing uneven stress on the spine, hips, and legs. This imbalance often contributes to chronic lower back pain, sciatica, and postural dysfunction.
✅ Identify lateral pelvic tilt through postural and structural assessment
✅ Release contributing fascial restrictions in the lumbar spine, hip, and pelvis
✅ Restore pelvic alignment and reduce compensatory strain patterns
Pelvic Torsion & Rotated Pelvis
Pelvic torsion and rotation can lead to significant muscular imbalances, gait dysfunction, and discomfort throughout the body. These distortions are commonly linked to lower back pain, knee problems, and uneven weight distribution.
✅ Learn to assess pelvic torsion and rotation with accuracy
✅ Apply targeted myofascial release to key structures including the psoas, iliacus, and deep lateral rotators
✅ Restore symmetry and improve overall function through hands-on techniques
Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome (FAIS)
A major contributor to hip pain and limited mobility, FAIS occurs when abnormal contact in the hip joint restricts range of motion and causes pain during movement, particularly in flexion and rotation.
✅ Assess hip impingement through ROM and movement testing
✅ Release fascial and muscular tension contributing to impingement
✅ Improve hip mobility and reduce pain with specific treatment protocols
Course Outcomes
- Perform advanced Myofascial Release on key muscles of the pelvis and hip
- Improve hip range of motion and pelvic stability through hands-on treatment
- Use postural, structural, and ROM assessments to identify dysfunction
