These techniques will allow you to produce immediate, lasting results for your clients—helping them move better and feel better.

Course Focus

  • Deep Fascial Core
  • Spine, Sacroiliac Joint and Pelvis
  • Treating the Shoulder Joint

Course Outcomes

On completion of this course the participant will have learned:

Day 1 – Working with the Body’s Core

The deep fascial core plays a critical role in posture, movement, and stability. Dysfunction in this system can contribute to pelvic misalignment, back pain, and inefficient movement patterns.

You will learn:

  • The anatomy and function of the deep fascial core
  • How to identify clinical indications for fascial core dysfunction
  • Explore how tension and emotional holdings in the body’s core keeps individuals separate from their feeling life and perpetuates chronic pain cycles
  • How releasing the body’s core fascia leads to sense of inner space and freedom of movement.
  • Explore the organic intelligence of the body
  • Myofascial release techniques for key structures, including:
      • Adductors – Essential for pelvic alignment and movement efficiency
      • Iliopsoas – A major contributor to lower back pain and hip dysfunction
      • Respiratory Diaphragm – A key player in core stability and breath function
      • Suprahyoids and masseter– Connecting jaw tension to postural imbalances
      • Deep fascia of the heart and lungs
Day 2 – Lower Back & Pelvis

The sacroiliac joint (SIJ) is a crucial but often overlooked source of chronic lower back pain and pelvic instability. Many clients experience persistent pain due to misalignment, overuse, or fascial restrictions in this area.

You will learn:

  • The anatomy and mechanics of the sacroiliac joint
  • Clinical indicators of SIJ dysfunction and pelvic misalignment
  • How to assess and correct sacroiliac joint issues
  • Myofascial unwinding-connecting with the organic intelligence of the body/mind.
  • Myofascial release techniques for:
    • Deep Lateral Rotators – Key muscles affecting hip rotation and stability
    • Multifidi – Deep spinal stabilizers critical for back health
    • Erector Spinae – Influencing posture and spinal mobility
Day 3 – Shoulder Girdle & Upper Limbs

The shoulder girdle is a complex system that often carries tension, resulting in chronic neck pain, restricted movement, and postural strain. The first rib plays a significant role in these issues and can be a hidden source of discomfort.

You will learn:

  • How to assess and treat dysfunctions of the shoulder joint
  • The role of the first rib in neck and shoulder pain and how to correct its elevation
  • Myofascial release techniques for:
    • Levator Scapulae – A key contributor to neck tension and stiffness
    • Pectoralis Minor – A major factor in forward shoulder posture and thoracic outlet issues
    • Subscapularis – Often overlooked in rotator cuff dysfunction
    • Biceps Brachii – Impacting shoulder and elbow function
    • Wrist Flexors & Extensors – Essential for addressing forearm and hand tension
