Core Body Therapy only ships within Australia at this time. All goods are sent with Australia Post at a flat rate of $9 per order. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email of the deliverys tracking number. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery.

Returns

All products are backed by Australian Consumer Law.

Massage Balms may be returned only if unopened and unused within 7 days of delivery of goods. To initiate the return, please email us at info@corebodytherapy.com.au within this timeframe if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This returns policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. Sale items can not be returned.

Shortage/Damaged Goods

If you received damaged or faulty goods or something is missing from your order you must notify us within 48 hours from date of delivery of the goods for return instructions and to organise a replacement. This can be done by email to info@corebodytherapy.com.au

Return Shipping Costs

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer and we recommend that you return the product via Registered post. The buyer is responsible for any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during return transit & advise you take out insurance with your postal carrier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and if a refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
